Christian Bible Based Story Book Review:
When Evil Whispers By: Tim Thompson
I’m not going to lie, this book is not for the fainthearted. It definitely should NOT be read by children, but I think it is VERY important for parents to read, as it really shows how slick the enemy is at deceiving the younger generation of occult dabblers.
A young man who moves into a new town with his parents. Feeling lonely and homesick, he soon meets a young woman who he falls in love with. But then he realizes all his friends and this young woman he’s in love with are all Satanists. Because he didn’t want to be lonely he ended up doing many evil things just to be accepted, to the point he rejected all morals and ethics. Then he made a shocking discovery about the name Jesus Christ.
If your teenager has been acting out or has been in isolation and deep depression, this book may be the answer to all your ambiguous and unanswered questions.
It is better for a parent to read this book BEFORE their child reaches puberty, so he/she can be better equipped to handle the onslaught of temptations from a world that is just waiting to consume them and steal all innocence, hope and faith in God.
This is not a light read, but a very important one for this day and age. – Julia Shalom Jordan
