“Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the little things in life that we take for granted. The water we drink and the air we breathe. Lord, we lift up ______________. He/she is in the ICU again. _____________________’s body is not strong enough to fight this bacterial infection that is spreading throughout his/her lungs.
Lord, you created ________________’s body and you know what it needs right now. ________________ is also struggling with depression that comes with long hospital stays. You have _________ in this place at this moment for a perfect reason. Although ___________ cannot see it now, give him/her a heart that is open to understanding that your ways are perfect. Lord, I cast the anxiety and depression out of that hospital room right now in the name of Jesus.
Provide ________________with hope in you and let that hope burst through his/her lungs and create a new breath of life. As ________________ is getting his/her care, let every doctor and nurse that are taking care of _________________ feel the warmth of YOU when they are in his/her presence. Open the hearts of each unsaved doctor and nurse that is treating _________________. Use __________________good attitude as a great testimony for you.
As _________________’s body heals and the mission that you have set asside for____________ to do while he/she is in the hospital is completed; strengthen _____________ with the joy of you. Provide a new vigor on how important his/her testimony is in every situation that you put _________________ in.
In Jesus’ precious name, all for the glory of you, Amen.”
