“Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank you for your Son, Jesus. He was the gift that brought true freedom to any person who will embraces and accepts it.
Lord, although I have invited Jesus in my heart, I have not felt the power of God working in my life like I expected. I know that your word is true, and in it you have said that when I accept Christ I will become a new creation.
Today, I ask that you renew my mind to be just like the mind of Christ. Help me to think like He thinks, to want what He wants and to do what He did while He was on this earth. I pray that you go into my mind and uproot the doubt that has caused me to fully embrace all the gifts that Jesus died to give me at the cross.
I know that by accepting Christ, and by obeying the will of the Holy Spirit I am becoming more like Him everyday. Bit by bit and little by little I am going from glory to glory. Help me to be patient with this transformation.
Lord, I accept that I am no longer living under any curse. In the name of Jesus, I break every generational curse, bad circumstance against me and forgive every person that has harmed me knowingly or unknowingly. I will no longer hold onto bitterness. I will no longer be a person that is easily offended.
Christ has forgiven me of much, the least I can do is follow in my leader’s footsteps. Lord, help me to forgive myself of every action I have done that has hurt others and myself. Restore my self-perception. Give me the kind of love for myself I need to have to be able to shower others with the overflow of it. Help me to be balanced in this love, not worshiping myself but taking good care of the body, mind, soul and spirit that you gave me. It is a precious gift, and I will see it that way from this day forward.
I accept the new creature you have created. I have a new mind that can forgive, love and help heal others because I am healed. I am emotionally, mentally and spiritually whole in every cell of my body.
Although I may not see immediate manifestations of this healing, I am going to accept it by faith, as I know that you reward that kind of faith.
Increase my faith and trust in you everyday until Jesus returns to get bring me home. In Jesus’ precious name, thank you for nurturing, restoring and renewing me, Amen.”
